Dr. Samuel Azasu serves as an Associate Professor in the School of Construction Economics and Management at the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. He will discuss the internationalization of African real estate markets and emerging trends in both asset management and property management therein. Dr. Azasu has over 17 years of teaching experience in Sweden, the United Arab Emirates and South Africa.
