Art Reception for Black Love Exhibit
(Arts)
View the work of 21 Virginia Tech students in our biennial juried exhibit. Art on display explores the theme of "Black Love." This exhibit showcases art from students in any major and is a collaboration between Perspective Gallery, The Black Cultural Center, and the Black Organizations Council. Come and see how the creative spirit speaks about Black Love.
Two musical performances will be presented between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. during the reception.
Mac Ilo is working on his master's degree in computer science and will graduate May 2019. He is known as Macizm and will perform Hip Hop and R & B.
The second performer is Abby Wied, a sophmore clinical neuroscience major. She is an R & B soul artist whose vocal talents will be accompanied on keyboard by Jaylen Foskey
Light fare will be provided.
