Health & Wellness Series: Laughter Yoga
(Special Event)
Tod Whitehurst, Certified LaughterYoga Instructor, demonstrates how Laughter Yoga combines unconditional laughter with yogic meditation. The benefits of laugher include lowering blood pressure, increasing T cell production, reducing the effects of depression, and releasing endorphins.
