At Virginia Tech, we administer the CIRP Freshman Survey to all entering freshmen during orientation, providing us with a snapshot of how our students spent their time in high school, what influenced their college decision making process, their perceptions of their own skills and abilities, and their ideas regarding their future college experience. This presentation will focus on key elements of this data and encourage discussion about how such data can be used to enhance student success at Virginia Tech.
