Public Lecture: Dr. James Hansen, Climate Scientist, Columbia University

Dr. James Hansen, formerly Director of the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies, and currently Director of the Program on Climate Science, Awareness and Solutions at Columbia University, will give a lecture in Squires Colonial Hall on March 10th. The lecture is titled: "A Peaceful Revolution: Global Justice for Young People Requires a New Approach".
Seating is limited, so please arrive early!
The lecture is part of the Appalachian Studies Conference and is sponsored by multiple organizations on Virginia Tech's campus, including the Appalachian Studies Program and the Global Change Center.
