Hume Center CyberLeaders Seminar Series: John Marinho

John Marinho, vice president of Technology and Cybersecurity at CTIA since March 2012, is the third speaker in the Hume Center CyberLeaders Seminar Series.
He will discuss "Mobile Security Strategies."
Marinho leads CTIA's efforts to help the wireless industry secure its networks and devices against cybersecurity threats; educate policymakers on emerging technologies; and advocate for sensible and practical regulations. He also serves as CTIA's primary liaison with government agencies on cybersecurity issues.
The seminar series is open to all members of the Virginia Tech community. It will be broadcast in Blacksburg at Whittemore Hall, Room 281.
