Managing projects can be a daunting responsibility, as there are so many resources and steps to coordinate. Goals can be unclear in the beginning, and the scope can quickly creep into broad areas. This workshop presents an overview of the project management process, including best practices on managing through each stage in the project life cycle. There are also many helpful tools and resources that support successful project planning and implementation that are provided in this highly interactive session.
