Do you have a well or spring? What's in your water?

Join us for a well and spring water testing clinic on campus through the Virginia Household Water Quality Program. Testing is confidential and includes bacteria, nitrate, lead, arsenic, copper, iron, manganese, hardness, pH, sodium, sulfate, fluoride, and TDS. Pick up your sample kit in Seitz Hall 105 on April 12 at noon and drop off water samples April 13 in front of HABB1 (1230 Washington St). A meeting will be held May 10 (Seitz Hall 105) to explain results, and provide tips for water system maintenance, treatment, and solving problems. Cost: $52 per sample kit. Checks (payable to Treasurer, Virginia Tech) or cash accepted.
