Dorothea Lasky, Poetry Reading and Discussion

Poet Dorothea Lasky, professor of poetry at Columbia University's School of the Arts and author of four books of poems, will be reading her own poems and answering questions about her work at the Moss Arts Center. Lasky's writing has appeared in Poetry, The New Yorker, The Paris Review, The Atlantic, and Boston Review, among other places. She is co-editor of "Open the Door: How to Excite Young People About Poetry." In 2013, she was a Bagley Wright Fellow of Poetry. Lasky lives in New York City, where she is an assistant professor of poetry at Columbia University's School of the Arts. More information...
