Dr. Oussama Labidi currently serves as Director of the Program in Finance at the Catholic University of Lyon in France. He will discuss the impact of the global financial crisis on the availability of debt financing for owner-occupied housing purchases in France and the broader EU. Over the last 12 years, he has taught and engaged in research focusing on a variety of finance-related topics in France, Vietnam, USA, Tunisia, Morocco, and Turkey.
