VT Engage YMCA Margaret Beeks Recurring Service Trip

What: Serve with the YMCA after school program at Margaret Beeks elementary! Our team will be asked to prepare and teach an arts and crafts activity each week to the youth enrolled in the after school program. This is a great opportunity to mentor youth in the area, and for pre-educators to hone lesson planning and teaching skills. Successful applicants will need to be able to commit to attending the program each Tuesday afternoon, as well as assisting with lesson plan development outside of program hours. This is a semester long commitment. To be considered for this opportunity, please register by 9/11.
Where: Margaret Beeks Elementary School, Blacksburg.
When: Every Tuesday during the Fall semester beginning 9/15. We'll leave campus at 3:00pm, and be back by 5:30pm.
