Flu Vaccine Clinic: North End Center (Shingles vaccine is included)

Flu Vaccine Clinic at the North End Center, Room 2410.
Vaccination is free for all benefited employees.
Employees without benefits and students may receive a flu shot at a reduced fee of $21.
Shingles vaccine will be offered, and may be covered by your insurance, please confirm with your insurance carrier. (Notes: Shingles vaccine will only be offered at four clinics: Oct. 7, Oct. 23, Nov. 4, and Nov, 12.)
Online registrations are required for both vaccines.
