Workshop-Workplace Accommodations under the ADA: What Managers Need to Know

This workshop provides an in depth training on the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended for managers and supervisors of employees at Virginia Tech. This session will focus primarily on employment and workplace accommodations under Title I of the ADA. It will highlight employee and employer rights and responsibilities, the interactive process at Virginia Tech, best practices for managers and supervisors of faculty and staff, and the policy that governs the administration of the ADA at Virginia Tech.
