Morgan Routt, acting director, Office of Managing and Budget (OMB), will present "OMB's Role in Improving City-Wide Mission Performance."

The Creating and Sustaining Excellence in the City of Alexandria Government lecture series is hosted by students and faculty in the Virginia Tech course: Advanced Topic in Management: Creating and Sustaining High Performing Public Organizations.

The speakers in the series all hold key leadership responsibilities with the City of Alexandria government. They will share insights into how they initiate and implement positive change in their respective organizational spheres.
