  IMMIGRATION REFORM: Moving from Technical Quick-Fixes to Adaptive Solutions  
(Diversity)

This seminar deconstructs immigration myths, discusses why some foreign nationals do not come to the United States legally, and explores leadership theory in the context of immigration reform.

Christine Poarch hopes to compel participants beyond political rhetoric and default reactions to identify the skills needed to be change leaders within local communities, independent of political beliefs.
