St. Mary's College of Maryland Political Science Professor Antonio Ugues Jr. explores immigration politics through the lens of U.S.-Latin American relations. Dr. Ugues will discuss how long-term structural and political forces have helped shape the conditions contributing to push factors of immigration from Mexico and Central America to the United States.
