Eating a balanced diet is essential to leading a healthy lifestyle. Regularly eating the right amount and right kinds of food can help maintain weight and reduce risk factors for developing chronic diseases. This program will cover balanced eating, portion control, label reading, and making healthy food choices when eating out.
