Richard Izquierdo Lecture: The Architecture of Constitutional Time

Richard Alexander Izquierdo, the 2013-2015 Fellow at the Center for the Constitution at the Georgetown University Law Center, will present "The Architecture of Constitutional Time."
He will discuss how presidents have constructed distinct constitutional regimes during national crises without overturning the original 1787 Constitution.
