Micha Cardenas is a Ph.D. Candidate in Media Arts and Practice at the University of Southern California; and a Visiting Professor at the University of Toronto's Knowledge Media Design Institute.
Co-sponsored by Virginia Tech's Women's & Gender Studies, Department of Sociology, the Women in Leadership and Philanthropy Endowed Lecture Fund, the Women and Minority Artists and Scholars Lecture Series, and The Moss Arts Center. A keynote in the Gender, Bodies, & Technology Conference, this event is free and open to the public.
This performance will be translated into ASL for the deaf and hearing-impaired.
