Thompson Woods Tennis Camp

The Tennis Camp at Virginia Tech is a step above the rest as top-flight coaches and instructors provide much more than just skills training. The Camp provides motivational, physical and technical training tools that can make a difference in the career of the Junior tennis player.
Stressing individual attention, the student/teacher ratio is never more than 5 to 1. Semi-private lessons are given to all campers, and Jim Thompson, Virginia Tech Head Men's Coach, and Terry Ann Zawacki-Woods, Head Women's Coach at Virginia Tech spend time with each camper individually. Both coaches have a wealth of experience in camp environments, and have had great success with camps during their coaching careers. The Camp is dedicated to the task of building young player's games based on individual styles of play.
