This installment of AAEC's Spring 2014 Seminar Series will be presented by Dr. Gregory Poe, from the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University. A regular focus of Dr. Poe's work is water quality, ranging from non-market valuation of damages to ground and surface water resources, to design and assessment of non-point-source pollution incentive policies, to point-source emissions trading at the watershed level. Poe is a former Peace Corps volunteer who worked on capture fisheries management in northern Cameroun.
