Designing a Scholar site that is more than just a repository for course documents or a place to collect and grade assignments is a concern for many instructors. This session will highlight some ways that you can design your site to engage your students in your class. By giving students the opportunity to have more of a role in the site and the ability to personalize, students will have a more positive experience with both Scholar and the course and we will focus on the Scholar tools that can provide this personalization. Special attention will be given to permissions in Scholar and how edits and changes to permissions can allow students more autonomy in your site.

NOTE: For this session you will need to have a site (course or project) created with participants added.
