Scholar: Assignments

This hands-on workshop covers the Assignments Tool which provides instructors with a one-stop area to post assignments, make announcements, link scores to the Gradebook, and collect student submissions. In this workshop, you will learn how to quickly and easily create assignments in Scholar. Settings will be discussed, including the ability to grade files online or offline, using a spreadsheet for grading, how to quickly return files to students, how to use the group/section feature, and how to add due dates to the calendar. Time will be given at the end of the course to work individually on Scholar sites and to ask questions about the Assignments tool.
This short course is being presented in collaboration with Online Learning and Collaboration Services.
