Have you ever wondered what all of those extra buttons and features were in Microsoft Word? Do you use Microsoft Word in your teaching? Would you like to enhance the documents you write? This short course will provide participants with hands-on experience using advanced features of the latest version of Microsoft Word, such as Tables of Contents and Indices, Track Changes and other collaborative editing tools, Macros, and Style guides. Participants will be given hands-on opportunities to practice using each of the tools, and discussion will focus on how these tools can be used in publishing and teaching. This course is open to all faculty, staff and graduate students.

This short course is for Word 2011 using Mac operating systems. A separate short course for Windows users is also available.
