(Academic)

This short course provides participants with an introduction to Adobe Photoshop CS5 application, including an overview of Photoshop's workspace, toolbox, palettes, and the file browsing function. Participants will be provided with sample images and hands-on opportunities to explore scanning, cropping, rotating, and other digital image transformation techniques, such as manipulating brightness and contrast. No prior experience with Photoshop is required. This course is open to all faculty, staff and graduate students.
