Followership: The Other Side of Leadership

Join us for our next installment of the SPLASH seminar series!
Presented by Kim Timpany, Associate Director of Student Activities for Leadership Development
Great followership is the foundation for great leadership; therefore the nature of leadership can be better understood by examining followership. The leader/follower relationship exists in all nations, cultures and organizations. This session will benefit current designated (or positional) leaders, peer leaders, and active followers (group members or participants) as we actively discuss and examine the nature of the leader/follower relationship and concepts related to communication amongst leaders and followers within large groups and small partnerships.
Those students who attend 12 SPLASH seminars will receieve the LSS certificate!
