Tickets for the Virginia Tech - N.Y. Yankees exhibition baseball game on March 18 will be awarded through an online lottery system similar to how students have obtained football and basketball tickets in the past. General admission seats will be located on the left-field/third-base terraces, and in temporary bleachers that will be brought in along the first-base/right-field areas.

Students enrolled on April 16, 2007, and all current students will be eligible to sign up for the lottery. An e-mail describing the lottery process will be sent to those students on Feb. 25. Sign-up for the lottery will begin on Feb. 25 and will run through Feb. 29. Students who are selected to receive tickets will be notified by e-mail on March 10, and pick-up dates for the tickets will be March 13 and 14.
