Evaluating & Negotiating Offers

For Spring Semester 2008, staff of the Virginia Tech Human Resources Office and Career Services are teaming up to present a series of workshops for faculty, staff, students, and the community to enhance their job search skills. Attend one session or join us for all of them! Registration is required for each of these sessions.
During this session, we'll address considerations for evaluating and negotiating offers. We'll discuss the State of Virginia's 13 pay factors in determining salaries. We will also share salary surveys, cost of living calculators, and additional salary information resources.
