Gender and Leadership and the Glass Ceiling Revisited

Do we have different expectations of male and female leaders? Should gender affect the way we preceive leadership or leaders? Come to an interactive workshop where we discuss these questions and more regarding the relationship between gender and leadership.
Presented by the Women's Center.
This is the nineth installment of the 2007-08 Leadership Seminar Series. Students who attend at least seven seminars will receive a certificate and be invited to a pizza party in April.
